About Richard Webster Nutrition Ltd

Richard Webster, after leaving the family dairy farm, graduated from Reading University in 1979 with a BSc (Hons) Agriculture Degree specialising in Animal Nutrition. Prior to establishing RWN Ltd he spent 20 years working for leading regional and national feed compounders. His wide range of  experience has been gained from performing a number of Senior Nutritional and Sales Management roles throughout his career.

Richard has always believed in the benefits of a 'hands on' approach to nutrition which can only come with experience and from a regular presence on farm. With improved dairy cow genetics, nutrition has become the major factor limiting both milk output and profitability on UK dairy farms.

RWN Ltd was formed with a view to providing independent nutritional expertise combined with a complete range of well researched, proven, quality feed inputs and associated products at competitive prices. This approach has proven highly successful with more and more dairy farmers having benefited. 

RWN Ltd is now a well established animal feed supply company based at Ashbourne in Derbyshire supplying Dairy and Livestock Farmers across the Midlands and North West England.

UFAS is the recognized UKASTA Feed Assurance Scheme for the UK animal feed industry.


We operate to the highest standards of Traceability and Feed Assurance and are independently audited by both EFSIS and DEFRA. All feed inputs come from UFAS or FEMAS approved suppliers and are sourced to the highest possible specifications. 
A great deal of effort is taken to ensure that our products are the most effective available. Our policy is to only supply products which are scientifically proven and which can clearly be demonstrated to provide a financial return to our customers. 

RWN Ltd is a founder member of FIAM, The Federation of Independent Agricultural Merchants. FIAM was formed as a means to improve supply chain efficiency within the agricultural sector. FIAM Membership ensures that RWN Ltd has access to the most effective and most competitively priced products in the market place.
